These General Conditions of Sale regulate the purchase of products and services offered by Container Innovation Srls, with registered office in Via Manara 4, 20017 Rho (MI), Italia, email: contatto@container-innovation.it .

Placing an order implies full acceptance of these conditions.

1. Shipping and delivery

Shipments are made throughout Italy, including the islands, by specialized carriers.

Container Innovation Srls is not responsible for delays due to external events that are unforeseeable or attributable to the carrier.

2. Products and availability

The products offered are maritime containers, converted, refrigerators, sanitary ware, habitable and swimming pools, sold new or used, and described in detail on the site. The images are for illustrative purposes and do not constitute a contractual obligation.

Availability may vary based on demand and is not guaranteed until order confirmation.

3. Prices and VAT

All prices are in Euros (€) and may include or exclude VAT, as indicated. Any transport, assembly or customisation costs will be specified before order confirmation.

Free shipping from €4,000 (VAT excluded).
Unloading with crane truck: €320 (VAT excluded).

4. Orders

Orders can be placed by email, phone or through the website. Container Innovation Srls reserves the right to accept or refuse the order within 5 working days.

The order is considered accepted only after we have sent a written order confirmation.

5. Payment

Accepted payments include bank transfer, credit cards and other expressly agreed methods. Payment must be made in the manner indicated in the order confirmation.

The order will be processed only after receipt of the entire agreed amount.

6. Warranty

New products are covered by a 24-month legal guarantee of conformity. Used products are guaranteed only if expressly indicated in the offer. The guarantee covers manufacturing defects and does not include wear and tear or damage resulting from improper use.

7. Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal for professional customers does not apply, unless otherwise agreed. For private customers, it is possible to withdraw within 14 days only if the products have not been personalized or made to measure.

8. Responsibility

Container Innovation Srls is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the products. Liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

9. Competent forum

For any dispute, the Court of Cuneo will have exclusive jurisdiction , unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.
